Job Profile:
Site Activation and Management Role Overview

Site Activation:
- Qualify and activate sites with GSSO strategies.
- Support site selection and PTA output for country/site assessment.
Study Start-Up:
- Coordinate site initiation, finalize ICD, manage checklist, and handle activation issues.
Site Readiness and Recruitment:
- Ensure site readiness for FSFV and monitor recruitment progress.
- Maintain communication with sites for updates and goals.
Operational Oversight:
- Serve as the contact point for site queries and resolve issues.
- Review monitoring reports and manage ICD submission.
Study Conduct and Close-Out:
- Oversee study conduct timelines and site close-out procedures.
- Address site practices and escalate compliance issues.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Build relationships with site staff and internal teams.
- Provide support to Study/Global Study Managers.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements and GCP.
- Support ICD review and deployment.
Travel and Training:
- Manage up to 75% travel.
- Provide project-specific training to new members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or RN (5+ years experience).
- Proficient in English, strong communication skills.

- Adapt to changing processes and solve implementation barriers.
