Roles and Responsibilities

Training & Development for the role of Sales Trainee

  • Sales Trainee should complete the training program which includes classroom & field training and should be successful in meeting benchmarks for all the defined KPIs

  • Learning About Organization Purpose and Values & Behaviors.

  • Learning about key fundamentals of the sales function, internal processes for In- Clinic & Ex – Clinic Activities, Work planning and Administration (Inputs Utilization Reporting Etc.)

Sales Activities & Sales Presentation Skills

  • Accompany and complete in field training with assigned mentor observing & learning from his experience and gain complete knowledge on process of Prescription generation from HCPs

  • Thorough understanding of entire in-clinic sales presentation skills which involves end to end sales calls process

  • Understand and learn Systems and Techniques for effective planning, reporting &analysis (RCPA, Pitcher, Salesforce etc )

  • Learn about distribution management (retailers, pharmacies, wholesalers, Hospitals)

Product, Therapy & Industry Knowledge

  • Consistently demonstrate Therapy and Product Knowledge during the field calls & able to establish the relationship between Products Features and Benefits to HCPs

  • Gain Knowledge about Industry, Competition, Latest trends

Daily Discipline & Compliance

  • Daily Planning of HCPs & Retailers Calls as per advance call planning process, Maintain Records & Do Daily Submissions In the Desired Tools

  • Strict Adherence to Industry and Organizations Compliance Policies.
