REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. NO REFUNDS ON DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All products sold on our ₹99 store are DIGITAL, non-tangible goods (PDF downloads, e-books, course materials). Due to the nature of digital products, we do NOT offer any refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the purchase is completed and the download link has been provided.

2. WHY NO REFUNDS?

Once you download a digital product, it cannot be "returned" like a physical product. Therefore, all sales are final.

3. WHEN MIGHT A REFUND BE CONSIDERED? (RARE EXCEPTIONS)

Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

- Non-Delivery: You completed payment but did not receive any email with download link within 24 hours, AND you contacted us with proof of payment.

- File Corruption: The downloaded file is corrupted or cannot be opened, AND we cannot provide a working copy.

- Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice. We will refund the duplicate transaction.

4. NO REFUND FOR:

- Change of mind after purchase.

- Product did not meet expectations (content described clearly in product listing).

- Lost or deleted files (we provide download link; please save your copy).

- Technical issues on your end (unsupported device, software).

- You found similar free content elsewhere.

- You did not get a job after using our product (no guarantee of employment).

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

There is no subscription or recurring payment on our ₹99 store. Each purchase is a one-time transaction. Therefore, there is NOTHING to cancel after purchase. For subscription-based free services (job alerts, newsletters), you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" in our emails.

6. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND (ONLY FOR EXCEPTIONAL CASES)

If you believe you qualify for a refund under Section 3 above, contact us within 7 days of purchase at refunds@pharmajobalerts.co.in with:

- Order ID / Transaction ID

- Email used for purchase

- Reason for refund request

- Screenshot of payment confirmation

- Screenshot of issue (if applicable)

7. CHARGEBACK PROTECTION

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank/card issuer without first contacting us for a legitimate refund, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of product delivery. We may also block your access to our website and services.
