The Clinical Data Management Programmer I works with clinical data management systems and programming tools to support database development, data validation, and project deliverables. In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to complete assigned tasks accurately, on time, and within budget while contributing to innovative clinical research solutions.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Design, build, and test project databases and edit checks
✔ Define and import clinical data into systems
✔ Create and test listings for data review
✔ Perform assigned tasks within project timelines and SOP guidelines
✔ Research and resolve data or programming-related issues
✔ Support multidisciplinary project teams and assist with programming activities
✔ Ensure compliance with departmental procedures, SOPs, and GCP guidelines
✔ Continuously enhance programming and technology knowledge
🎓 Education & Experience:
✔ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
✔ 0–2 years of relevant experience
🛠 Required Skills:
✔ Strong written, verbal, and computer skills
✔ Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability
✔ Knowledge of programming languages or RDBMS
✔ Ability to manage deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
✔ Strong teamwork, initiative, and motivation
✔ Ability to maintain confidentiality of clinical and proprietary data
🌐 Work Environment:
✔ Office-based work setting
✔ Occasional domestic and international travel
