Job Profile:

Responsibilities:

• Develop specialized content with minimal supervision, supporting the end-to-end publication/medical education content process.

• Work with PromoMats, Datavision, and MATRIX for documentation and approval.

• Build therapeutic area expertise and collaborate with the team to develop best practices.

• Maintain relationships with stakeholders in the global business unit to develop educational content.

• Provide timely and high-quality publication/medical education materials (e.g., slide decks, abstracts, posters, manuscripts).

• Support strategic initiatives with individuals and institutions for publication purposes.

• Conduct comprehensive publication-need analysis and implement publication plans.

• Collaborate with scientific communication teams, product managers, and medical teams to create customized deliverables.

About You:

• Experience: ≥2 years in content creation for the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or academia.

• Soft Skills: Stakeholder management, communication, and ability to work independently and in a team.

• Technical Skills: Therapeutic area/domain knowledge, publication submission, and project management.
