Roles and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating the preparation and formatting of laboratory reports in accordance with established protocols and quality standards.
Reviewing reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines before distribution.
Collaborating with laboratory staff and cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and ensure timely report generation.
Maintaining accurate records of report submissions and distributions, tracking any required follow-ups or corrections.
Assisting in the development and implementation of reporting processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Your Profile:
You will bring relevant scientific operations experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
Required qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, laboratory technology, or business administration.
0-2 years of experience in report coordination, data management, or a related role, preferably within a laboratory or clinical research setting.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) is a plus.
Willingness to travel as required (approximately 1%)
