Trainee Executive, Logistics (Amneal)

Roles and Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee end-to-end operations for Emerging Markets, from business signing to commercial execution.

• Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs (RA) and Project Management (PM) teams on filings and legalized document exchanges.

Alliance & Supply Chain Management

• Follow up with partners on Distribution Agreements (DAs), filings, approvals, and launches.

• Collaborate with PM and supply chain teams on special imports and Purchase Order (PO) execution.

Transportation & Vendor Management

• Organize pharmaceutical product transportation and monitor shipments for on-time delivery.

• Engage logistics service providers to meet quality and service standards.

Finance Coordination

• Track payments, manage LCs, ensure payment terms, and handle MTT transactions.

Data & Reporting

• Analyse logistics data, generate reports on trends, and recommend operational improvements.

Problem Resolution & Collaboration

• Resolve logistics issues promptly, reporting to the cluster head.

• Partner with procurement, sales, marketing, and other teams to align with business strategy.

• Provide customer support and manage feedback.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in international logistics for CIS, African, Asian, and MENA regions , regulated markets

• Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to thrive in flexible USA-India hours.

• Strong knowledge of logistics quality assurance standards.

Preferred Experience

• Background in pharmaceuticals or multinational exporting firms.

• Familiarity with international regulatory requirements.
